"Body Double" Project

I'm thinking about creating a shoulder bag or backpack out of duct tape, brown and clear packaging tape, newspaper, and possibly a paper as thick as your everyday paper bag from grocery stores. While this bag will be created with/covered in mostly duct tape, I was thinking about using the different types of tape to create a checkered pattern. In addition, the newspaper could also be used to decorate the bag which would add more patterns to it--similar to a quilt. Although I cannot guarantee that it'll hold a heavy load, it should at least be able to carry one's personal belongings.
