For my body double assignment I was thinking about making a zombie arm back scratcher for all those zombie lovers with itchy backs! The arm would be made of intertwined metal wire, newspaper, and masking tape. Over that I would paper mache the arm. I would then paint the paper mache to look like a zombie by making the skin a gray/blue tint ala Tom Savini's work in George Romero's Dawn of the Dead. The arm would have a bit of exposed wire to appear almost as if the arm has fallen off a zombie and its zombie skeleton is exposed. It would also have a handle coming out of the arm for a better grip. But all this is a tentative idea. I could also just make a real zombie out of the same materials, but I have no idea how it would "work." Either way you can't go wrong with zombiessss. :)

Hi Laura. I agree, you cannot go wrong with zombiesssss. What if you used wax? You will get that weird skin quality, if you mess around with it. Michaels and other craft stores generally carry wax. Check out this piece by the artist Robert Gober:
